Laguna de Perlas is centred on its lagoon, Caribbean communities and sea connections to the Pearl Cays. The village, Orinoco and private offshore islands are separate destinations that should not share one map marker.

Spend time observing the lagoon environment and community life, then consider an organised visit to a different coastal or island location. Private cays do not offer the same public access as the main settlement.
How to get around
