Coffee farms of Dipilto: responsible farm visits
Dipilto is part of northern Nicaragua's coffee-growing region. Some farms may receive visitors, but an agricultural property should never be assumed to offer tours without an explicit arrangement.

Ask a participating farm about how coffee is grown and processed and what an actual visit includes. The experience may vary with agricultural work and the season.
How to plan access
Contact the farm in advance, confirm that visits are permitted, the meeting point, any guide or fee and transport from Ocotal or another base.
Before you go
Respect working areas, staff and private land. Do not promise tastings, opening times or activities unless the farm confirms them for your travel date.
